Man Charged as Argument Turns to Gunfire, PSP Says

 



Stoystown, PA (CPTN)--  State Police at Somerset say that a man is being charged, after an argument between two cousins, turned into gunfire.




Troopers say that Adrian Custer, threatened to kill the victim, before shooting at his truck.



This happened, after the two got into an argument at a home along Old Lincoln Highway in Quemahoning Township.



Troopers also say that after the argument, Custer retrieved a gun from the home, and shot at the victims truck as he drove away.



There were no injuries reported in this incident, and Custer was charged with aggravated assault.



According to court documents, Custer was taken and booked into the Somerset County Prison.
