Bellefonte Borough Police say that the accident happened in the area of West High and Water Streets in the Borough Friday morning .
According to EMS personnel, one driver was trapped in their vehicle and was taken to an area hospital, while another driver and passenger were unharmed.
A part of West High Street was closed, as crews cleaned the accident debris from the roadway.
